oEmbed-based title verification for algorithmic YouTube titles

Atom · refreshed Search related

A page title matching patterns like ^10[ -]+[A-Z] or ^(\d+) is a strong signal YouTube auto-generated it. When a quote's source URL is YouTube AND the page title looks algorithmic, fetch the real title from YouTube's oEmbed endpoint (no API key, returns plain text) and prefer it over the inherited title. This catches the whole class of misattribution caused by LLM-scripted list-format videos without needing a general confidence heuristic.
