Many "CLI" tools are actually Electron GUI apps that wrap a command-line interface — and they fail catastrophically when launched from sandboxed subprocess contexts. Even with reachable Unix sockets, PTY wrappers, or background execution, the Electron renderer needs a real display/TTY to initialize.
