Merge duplicates, don't maintain them in parallel

Atom Search related

When you discover two notes covering the same concept (one detailed, one with better template structure), merge them into a single authoritative version rather than maintaining both. Take the best content from each — the depth from one, the ontology/structure from the other — and consolidate. Parallel duplicates decay into contradiction and wasted search effort.
